Tommy Comer of Sale Moor, is now the proud owner of a brand new Hyundai i10 car, thanks to J Davidson, Scrap Metal Processors of Broadheath, Altrincham.
Tommy entered the free prize draw after seeing J Davidson’s advert in the paper and hearing the commercial on the radio, promoting “Cash in your scrap metal for extra cash this Christmas and enter our competition to win a car”.
“After seeing the ad”, said Tommy,“I went on the hunt in the garage, shed and around the neighbourhood for any scrap metal I could find that would give us extra cash for Christmas”. He continued “I managed to weigh in a couple of old bike frames, gates and even an old bed stead which gave me the extra cash I needed for Christmas presents”.
Tommy who is married with 3 children and another on the way said “When I entered the draw I never expected to win. I couldn’t believe it when I got a phone call on Monday to say I’d won the car. It’s a great early Christmas present for all the family.“
Carron Davidson, wife of owner Jamie Davidson handed over the car to the Comer Family, Tommy, Louise, Rebecca, David & Rachel on Tuesday 15th December.
