J Davidson is a family run company with family beliefs and values. We consider our staff to be the extension of our immediate family, and we treat them as such. They are people not numbers.

We consider our staff to be at the forefront of our operation, good staff are the pinnacle of our business. We recognise good staff are hard to find and even harder to keep which is why we continually invest in their wellbeing and training, developing their skills and knowledge so they fulfil their potential.
