10-year veteran of Manchester Airport takes first holiday for two years courtesy of scrap metal dealers
Manchester airport ground crew worker Dominic Fogarty has wistfully watched happy holidaymakers come and go over the past two years, without taking a flight of his own, but soon he will be jetting off to the Location of TV’s ‘Benidorm’ TV show for a luxury holiday courtesy of Scrap Metal dealers J Davidson.
Dominic, from Offerton, Stockport won the prize after recycling no less than two cars in twelve months with the Altrincham-based company, one of the North West’s largest & longest established scrap metal dealers. “I’d been planning to scrap my Peugeot 306 and I decided to use J Davidson after seeing adverts for them, because they seemed so professional – and I wasn’t disappointed.”
He certainly wasn’t, their service was so good, when Dominic’s other car packed up a few months later he knew just who to phone. He was equally pleased with his experience – even more so when he discovered that his was the name that had come out of the hat in J Davidson’s ‘Benidorm’ holiday prize draw.
So soon Dominic, who has spent the past decade fuelling the aircraft that carry us away from Manchester Airport, will be flying himself to the resort used in TV’s ‘Benidorm’ TV show, starring Johnny Vegas, the voice of J Davidson’s radio advertising campaigns. “I’m knocked out to have won this prize, said Dominic “I was already happy to have used J Davidson and they had given me a good price each time. I’m long overdue for a holiday, so this is wonderful!”
